Adaptive Nippers Working Group
Introduction to Adaptive Nippers:
Surf Life Saving South Australia (SLSSA) is developing an Adaptive Nippers Program to enable children aged 5–13 years with disability, or those who require additional support, to participate in Nippers.
The program will provide participating clubs with resources, training, and guidance to deliver Adaptive Nippers alongside their existing Nippers program, with the flexibility to tailor the program to the needs of their local community.
Join the Adaptive Nippers Working Group:
As the project moves into its next stage, we are inviting members to help shape the future of Adaptive Nippers by joining the Adaptive Nippers Working Group.
Working group members will play a role in the program development by providing feedback on the resources being created. This is an opportunity to share your knowledge and experience, helping ensure the program is practical, inclusive, and meets the needs of clubs, participants, and their families.
The group will meet throughout the lead-up to the season, both online via Microsoft Teams and in person.
How to Apply:
Please see the form below to submit your expression of interest. Please note submissions close on Monday 3rd August.
