Launching a New Era with The SLS Hub
Over the past eight years, Surf Life Saving Australia (SLSA) has been on a bold and ambitious digital transformation journey, one that’s all about empowering our members, streamlining operations, and embracing the future.
SLSA has officially launched the SLS Hub, a brand new, modernised platform which will replace the outdated Members Portal.
The SLS Hub features a modern, mobile-friendly interface, with seamless navigation and integration across key services and devices. You'll see a personalised dashboard and interactive widgets tailored just for you.
Actions required when logging into the new SLS Hub
Update your password
When you log into the SLS Hub for the first time, you’ll be asked to update your password. This is because we’ve upgraded our security systems and the old password format isn’t compatible with the new one.
Tip: For your safety, we recommend using a unique password for each of your online accounts, including your SLS Member account, social media, and online banking.
If using linked services like eTrainu, or the LSV or SLSQ Sites
Before accessing services that link to your SLS account (like eTrainu or some state-based systems), make sure you’ve updated your password in the new SLS Hub first.

What’s next on our digital transformation journey?
The SLS Hub is just the beginning. We’re building the foundation for a smarter, faster, and more connected future.
Following the launch of the SLS Hub, the next phase begins, which is a staged rollout of the completely rebuilt SurfGuard system starting August 2025.
This marks a fundamental rewrite of SLSA’s core digital systems, where it will be easier to join and use the members area and forms. It will all be integrated into a single, streamlined, cloud-native architecture.
