Westpac has been proudly partnering with Surf Life Saving Australia for 42 years. In what is the longest corporate community partnership in Australia, Westpac has supported the Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service (WLRHS). The oldest civilian search and rescue service in Australia WLRHS has performed more than 70,000 missions nationally. Since its inception in 1973, no one has paid to be rescued. With a rescue fleet of 16 helicopters and 2 rescue boats across 13 bases nationally, the Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service is a vital extension of SLSA’s front-line services.
As a Major National Partner of Surf Life Saving Australia, DHL has been helping Surf Lifesavers deliver safer beaches since 2003. DHL is the global market leader in the logistics and transportation industry and shares many core values with Surf Life Saving Australia including speed, passion and a can-do attitude.
Ampol is proud to be a national partner of Surf Life Saving Australia, the world’s largest volunteer organisation. Established in 1907, Surf Life Saving Australia is Australia’s peak coastal water safety, drowning prevention and rescue authority, with a network of more than 44,000 volunteers who oversee 314 beaches on Australia’s coastline and rescue more than 10,000 people every year.
The partnership sees the two iconic Australian brands join forces to help deliver safer beaches and to save lives, and underpins Ampol’s commitment to being a positive contributor in the communities where it operates, and to use its scale, network and employee base to improve the lives of all Australians.
Surf Life Saving South Australia Partners

Based in Tweed Heads, NSW, Kozii produce an incredible range of women’s and men’s swimwear, with the latest cuts and styles, as well as a range of exciting prints available online and from their factory outlet. The Office for Recreation and Sport (ORS) plays an important role in ensuring all South Australians have the opportunity to participate by supporting sport and recreation organisations to be sustainable, ensuring that high quality facilities and playing grounds are available, and making certain that our elite athletes are given every chance to succeed and inspire.

Every year, thousands of emergency services workers and volunteers attend incidents throughout the State - putting out fires, rescuing people, conducting searches, freeing people from trapped cars, helping contain chemical spills, dealing with storm damage and much more.
It is our job to ensure that volunteers and employees within the fire and emergency services sector are provided with the resources and support they need to carry out this vital work.
The South Australian fire and emergency service organisations SAFECOM works with are the Country Fire Service, Metropolitan Fire Service, and the State Emergency Service.
