Surf Life Saving SA invites all of our Members and Supporters to join us in honouring the outstanding contributions of Members within our State movement. Presentations include the Annual Awards of Excellence and Life Member & Hall of Fame Inductions.

Single Children`s Ticket 13 and Under $35.00 (single pasta course + ice cream and soft

The dress code is formal with a splash of red and yellow.
Nominations are now being accepted for past and present surf lifesaving members to be recognised in the Surf Life Saving South Australia Hall of Fame. Successful nominees will be inducted at the 2017 SLSSA Awards of Excellence.

As part of our member protection practices, Surf Life Saving SA offers all Surf Life Saving Clubs the opportunity to appoint a dedicated Club Chaplain through our partnerships with Sports Chaplaincy Australia and Lifesaving Chaplaincy. Our team of Lifesaving Chaplains are in place to promote wellbeing and support our Members who are facing challenges in their lives. Over-seeing the Chaplaincy program in South Australia are State Lifesaving Chaplains Brian " Bandy" Edwards and Bruce Rankin.
In the spirit of commemoration on the 103nd anniversary of ANZAC Day, the ANZAC Eve Youth Vigil was conducted (for its 19th consecutive year) at the South Australian National War Memorial, North Terrace, Adelaide on Tuesday 24th April 2018. 21 youth volunteers aged between 13-18 years represented Surf Life Saving SA at the Vigil (pictured).
Students from Suneden Special School hit the water with the help from Seacliff Surf Life Saving Club (SLSC) during the months of March and April 2018. Some of the students had never been to the beach before or experienced swimming in the sea. Volunteers from Seacliff SLSC gave up their time on Tuesday mornings to enable the sessions to take place. The 8-week program allowed the students to enjoy the beach and learn new water safety skills.
