TAF Re-endorsement
Each year, all Trainers, Assessors and Facilitators (TAF) must update their Training Officer and Assessor awards to continue operating in these roles. This process ensures that not only are all TAF are undertaking Personal Development, but you also meet the TAE and Surf Award requirements.
Ideally, you complete the steps (outlined below) before 31 Dec each year so that you can carry on training and assessing into the new year without interruption. After 31 Dec, if you do not re-endorse, you should not be involved with training or assessing.
