Purpose

In line with the SLSSA TAF Endorsement Policy and Procedure, and the desire to support and develop our volunteer trainers and assessors, SLSSA has introduced a ‘mentoring and check-in’ program.

This online form has been developed to support the capture of feedback so that those being mentored can improve their skills in training and assessing.
